Peanut Butter’s Walk-Off Home Run: A Review

Ken Griffey Jr Presents Major League Baseball (Super Nintendo, 1994)

Massive skill jump!

Peanut Butter the Shiba Inu, trained by best bud JSR, took GDQ by storm this past winter but completely outdid himself playing Ken Griffey Jr. Presents Major League Baseball, a game that requires some precise timing and more buttons for things like baserunning.

An all-time great GDQ moment!

A walk-off home run is one of the most exciting things you can witness is all of sports! It’s the massive, guaranteed-scoring play that involves timing, power, and all the drama that makes for a potential walk-off. For a walk-off to occur, a team must be down or tied at the bottom of the ninth (in this case, the bottom of the 12th, WAY TO JUICE THE DRAMA, PB) and a scoring play that takes the lead happens. The other team has no opportunity to respond and the game is over.

It is unfathomable to think that Peanut Butter understood the hilarity of taking a baseball speedrun into extra innings, but listen to that crowd! Electric! Absolutely incredible moment for that crowd and everyone watching at home.
