I stuffed the goofy little ticket in my fist for Street Fighter Alpha on the Sega Saturn. I’m on my way to the front of the store to get it out of containment. Then I see it. A real Nintendo Virtual Boy system. I get on my tiptoes because I am the shortest boy. I cram my sweaty face into its eye sockets. The redness of Wario pierces me like a javelin. I am playing something unfamiliar.
